recognition and idea
support activities, it was evident that the students were very
enthusiastic and motivated to carry out the different dynamic
and recreational activities presented above.
It was concluded that all the activities carried out had a great
impact on the students, as it helped them in their process.
Furthermore, the application of these activities to students
who show bad eating habits showed that it helped them a lot
because they showed good results at the end of the process.
According to the results obtained during the activity According to the above, it is considers that the active
assessment process, it can be seen that 43% of the population participation was achieved through motivations such as
consumes 4 meals a day and 43% of the population consumes recreational activities, as well as the improvement of
5 meals a day in a high percentage for the previous results, information and habits that should be implemented through
only 14% of the population presents a low level of teaching, addressing the problem, on the other hand, with
consumption per day, that is, they do not have a frequent diet these strategies, the general problem of students with bad
during the day. eating habits was addressed and thus their information on the
subject presented changes.
Students finally understood the importance of a healthy diet,
which is one that provides an optimal state of health and
promotes general well-being, both physical and mental, by
addressing energy needs and balancing sugars, fats and
proteins.

The results obtained in the study population made it possible I dedicate the present project to Sara Garzón, because she has
to observe and analyze the state of their eating habits and taught me to value each of the things I have, to enjoy each
their knowledge of the subject. In the surveys it was small victory in my life, to always try to be a good person and
determined that the population does not have a healthy diet, see how good a person can be and that whatever I do or
in reference to the recommendations given by the global whatever inconveniences I am going through, you were
strategy. In the study population, information was planted to always there to motivate me and try to find a solution and
promote healthy eating habits and behaviors among students without a doubt support me in each decision. Right now I

Conclusions
During the dynamic and playful activities of the students who
show bad eating habits, their improvement was evident, there
is greater awareness of how to have a healthy and balanced
diet.
During the development of the workshop, the students were
motivated to section a series of foods. It was evident that,
since they were taught about food by their parents or
caregivers, they implemented it in the activity. The
