            Abstract.

            People consume sugars daily and they are necessary to provide energy to
            the human body, however, these sugars in excess are harmful to the
            human body causing some cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes,
            tooth decay or can cause weight gain, but to avoid having complications
            with sugar there is a solution, are light products and low-sugar products
            such as low-sugar jams, it was determined the approval of low-sugar
            jams of the company bark jams. The approval of the low sugar jams of
