Results Discussion

Conclusions
The approval of the low-sugar jams from the company Mermeladas de la
Corteza was determined because the participants liked them a lot due to
their good flavor and naturalness, in addition to noting differences in
favor such as their color and sweetness and that their favorite flavor is
lemon due to its acidity and texture.
On the other hand, it was identified that the students recognized through
the videos the information provided in the classes about the risks of
sugars and the diseases that are caused by poor nutrition and preferred to
take care of themselves and have a healthy diet.
