Introduction Results
Academic performance throughout post-modernity has been a topic of
interest for the human being, and at the same time strategies and
methodologies have been developed to enhance it and make it much
more productive and efficient. One of the strategies designed to boost
academic performance is study habits, routines established with learning
dynamics and specific time limits, which, as the term habit states, consist
of the constant repetition of these routines throughout the learning stage,
to make the learning process and academic performance high, effective,
practical and efficient.
