                                                                                It was possible to observe an advertising to the right of all people to a
                                                                                healthy environment, i.e., the right to a healthy environment, as

                                                                                enshrined in the  Colombian Constitution. enshrined  in the Political

                                                                                account this is the 21st century and most people nowadays have easy

                                                                                Discussion
                                                                                It is presented a problematic which usually goes unnoticed respect other
                                                                                problematics more “important”, bringing an opportunity to expose and
                                                                                reflect about this topic and start a process to try to educate and delete for
                                                                                protect both the local habitants that live of the tourism to the architecture
                                                                                of a very important and iconic place in the world like Villa de Leyva,

                                                                                because this is a unique and magic place and a lot of people live of the
                                                                                charm of its architecture, to can in a future appreciate this awesome town
                                                                                with the same magic of the colonial centuries.


                                                                                Conclusions
                                                                                Political campaigns have direct relation with the visual pollution being
                                                                                an active polluted factor during the elections and leaving the marketing
                                                                                used to show the candidates during a lot of time, and their affectation

                                                                                respect the touristic image of Villa de Leyva and the principal economic
                                                                                sources related with the attractive of the town and his architecture,
                                                                                because through the answers of surveyed show the position respect how
                                                                                in the town are permitted this type of banners, flyers, etc.
                                                                                According with the data got through the surveys conclude that of Villa de
                                                                                Leyva could be lost or soiled of visual pollution, making Villa de Leyva
                                                                                as another town more if this type the pollution not is controlled and the
                                                                                government's ignored the problematics generated, since the affectation
                                                                                to the healthy, a position very stressed in the surveys to the affectation

                                                                                generated for the economic activities.
